Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender or food processor.
Blend or process the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh berries or chopped nuts, if desired.
