Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- Rinse the mixed berries and remove any stems or leaves.
