A refreshing berry smoothie recipe, ideal for those long summer days. Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
